Menu Planning

Personalized meal plans are available by filling out a brief client nutrition questionnaire.  Based on your personal information (height, weight and age), medical conditions, food likes and dislikes, AM Nutrition Services will develop one, two or three week meal plans that are tailor made for you.  With menu planning services, you will receive:

• Your week(s) of meals with nutritional analysis
• Recipes for the week
• Grocery shopping list for each week
